At Kee Hing Hung, teamwork plays an important role. Our success is never achieved through the brilliance of an individual but always as a collaborative team. With managing director Max How at the helm, the 11-strong team is made up of a mix of seasoned veterans and young talents, all of whom are teeming with energy and enthusiasm. Being watch buffs themselves, the staff members are well-versed in their brand and product knowledge. The team members also enhance their customer service skills and extensive product knowledge by regularly participating in training sessions. Within the team, there are also regular exchanges of ideas and views to keep everyone up-to-date with the latest trends and happenings. “We believe that everyone has something to learn from one another,” Max explains.

With the proliferation of all things digital, jumping onto the online sphere was necessary for the storied retailer. In 2017, Kee Hing Hung, together with Rolex, established its online presence. “This way, customers can have a trusted and safe online space to reach out to us and learn more about the Rolex watches we carry,” says Max. He notes that what Kee Hing Hung does differently is how it constantly ensures information on its website is up-to-date. There are also themed articles posted regularly to engage and excite its community—all in an attempt to ensure both the physical and digital shopping experiences are seamless and of the outstanding standards that Kee Hing Hung is renowned for.
