Like its many predecessors, the Black Bay GMT is recognisable by its rotatable bezel in deep blue and burgundy. This version distinguishes itself from other models in the Black Bay line with a matt bezel. The Black Bay GMT features a 41 mm satin-brushed steel case, which is waterproof to 200m (660ft). Luminescent hour markers are set against the black dial to ensure legibility at night — and in all conditions.

One of the most prominent features of the Black Bay GMT is the bidirectional, rotatable bezel, which is calibrated for 24 hours. The 12 daylight hours are on the burgundy section and the night-time hours on the blue. Additional time zones can be indicated by the red Snowflake hand, which traverses the dial in 24 hours. The Black Bay GMT comes with a choice of a riveted steel bracelet with polished and satin finish, a “Terra di Siena” brown leather strap with folding clasp and safety catch, or a black fabric strap with a burgundy band.
