The luxury watch specialist strengthens its presence along Robinson Road with a dedicated space for the Swiss watchmaker

In March this year, luxury watch retailer Kee Hing Hung raised the shutters of its brand-new boutique at 18 Robinson Road. The new space boasts particular significance to the How family, the driving force behind Kee Hing Hung.

This relocation marks a significant milestone for Kee Hing Hung; a key player in the luxury watch retail trade, it had been based in Chinatown for the last five decades ever since founder How Ting Hai started the business in the 1960s.

The expansive new space is located in the heart of Singapore’s central business district and houses a dedicated Tudor boutique and an adjoining Rolex boutique.

Measuring some 76 sq m, the Tudor boutique is anchored by the brand’s three iconic colours – black, red and white – and designed to possess a bold and distinctive character, one that best represents the identity of the brand’s timepieces. The three colours can be seen throughout the boutique in a range of materials, and are utilised in a clean, streamlined and uncompromising manner.

The brand’s slogan “Born to Dare” is driven home with a prominent sign lighting up a concrete wall in the boutique – a cool background for the essential “wrist shot”, while strengthening the brand’s top-of-mind awareness among its patrons.

In line with the brand’s iconic colours and style, the Tudor boutique by Kee Hing Hung sports splashes of black, red and white in a range of materials.

Innovative and functional Tudor watches take centre stage in the boutique. Its flagship lines, such as the Tudor Black Bay, Pelagos, Glamour and Tudor 1926, feature an extensive variety of watches with different functions to fit different lifestyles. Best of all, Tudor has also equipped them with exclusive mechanical manufacture calibres, many of which are designed and manufactured in-house.

The exclusive Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight Bronze Boutique edition is available at the Kee Hing Hung Tudor boutique. Tudor’s top-notch craftsmanship and technical mastery with bronze-casting is paid homage to with an interactive display, a showcase of the artistry required to produce the stunning 39mm timepiece, starting from the 2-inch aluminium-bronze alloy.

Another highlight of the boutique is the brand’s latest bar concept. Designed with comfort in mind, the bar and decorated lifestyle corner invite customers to relax and view watches at their leisure. Indulge in a tipple while surrounded by the brand’s paraphernalia for a complete Tudor experience.

Mr Tron How, the third generation of the How family running Kee Hing Hung, says: “Our new Tudor boutique is designed to be a space where watch lovers can gather and fully immerse themselves in the Tudor universe. This new boutique is an exciting part of Kee Hing Hung’s growth and brings the brand’s values across in both design and experience.”
